Cream Cheese Corn - 5 points

This recipe is not exactly a low point side dish. I will explain more about that later....

Cream Cheese Corn
3 lbs fresh or frozen corn kernels
8 oz light cream cheese
1/2 cup light butter

1. Place all ingredients in a medium pot over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until cream cheese has melted and corn is tender (about 30 minutes, if starting from frozen).
2. Yields 12, 5 point servings
